SkyFireOS Revived 2010

Define SkyFire Operating System:
SkyFire Operating System (SkyFireOS) is a multitasking with multi-platform operating system. SkyFireOS is a freeware operating system, and an open source (GNU_GPL v3). Comes with OpenPine as it's Graphical User Interface.

It requires a 8046 system as well as Intel x86 and others with 32 Megs of RAM or greater.

SkyFireOS is now actively distributed since September 2010. Greatly support DOS games such as Sim City 2000, Command And Conquer 95 etc under emulation of CWSDPMI v7.
After abandoned for years, I Fariz Luqman and Naufal Azmi is now back to maintain this lovely SkyFireOS + OpenPine GUI.

Application (Whats the changes):

SkyFire Operating System is now replaces the OpenPine OS, because OpenPine is not an OS. It is the GUI (see our desktop), while SkyFireOS do the great job to handle multitasking, as well as drivers and graphic emulations. Games is made possible because of SkyFireOS not because OpenPine GUI.

We are now under the terms of GNU_GPL version 3. Also, sources are included.

OpenPine is just a GUI to SkyFireOS
, because SkyFireOS is completely a set of instruction and drivers while OpenPine is just a GUI for SkyFireOS. Without OpenPine, SkyFireOS can just work properly.

Now, SkyFireOS and OpenPine GUI has a patent, that falls under GNU_GPL v3, Open Source licence (Link: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html).

Moreover, in MS-DOS 7.1, you could play DOS games. Click here to download DOS games such as DOOM RPG, Sim City 2000, Red Alert etc.

With Application Terminal in OpenPine (Start > My Programs > TERMINAL > Application Terminal). Choose your DOS application such as games, and run it under OpenPine.
